Rates

Fees and insurance

  • Session fee$150 to $190
  • PaymentDirect, with receipts
  • Cancellation notice24 hours

You pay for each session and are reimbursed by your plan. I provide receipts that are accepted by insurers covering psychotherapy.

Extended health plans recognise psychotherapy but don't always cover psychotherapists, so check your coverage first.

If you miss a session without at least 24 hours' notice, the full session fee applies.

Ask your insurer

  1. 01Do I have coverage for psychotherapy?
  2. 02What is my deductible?
  3. 03How many sessions a year are covered?
  4. 04What is the coverage per session?
  5. 05Do I need approval from my doctor first?

For parents

When your child or teen is the client

I meet with you first. I'll ask a lot of questions, not only about your concerns but about what parenting your child has been like, from your earliest memories of how they behaved and how you responded. Then I meet your child, and we work to help them together.

Take the first step.
